Naveen Rastogi has worked in J.B. Chemicals & Pharmaceuticals Ltd, Mumbai as a Medical Representative based at Lucknow from 1990-1993. After gaining pharma industry experience in 1993 he established Raj Pharmaceuticals Company, a Pharmaceuticals firm in Lucknow as stockiest, since then the firm is serving to several companies across the country. During the course of journey Raj Pharmaceuticals Company has served to Government Institutions as a Government supplier- AFMSD, CMSD, ESIC and other several reputed institutions.

Harsh Rastogi has cleared MBA in Marketing from NMIMS, Mumbai in 2022 and joined Raj Pharmaceuticals Company as partner in 2023. He is taking care of Marketing and operations of the firm.
